RICK'S WINDOW RANGERS

I have hired this company many times for pressure washing, gutter and roof cleaning, and window cleaning. Service is always professional, on time, thorough and their communications are quick and friendly. They came out just to pressure wash our driveway and sidewalks yesterday and as usual, did a terrific job. I'll be hiring them again in the spring for a full service!

I have used Rick's Window Rangers for over 12 years now and so far, have been happy with their service. On this occasion though, Rick came with a junior associate whose quality of work and lack of professionalism, coupled with Rick's lax supervision caused me to feel uncomfortable with them working inside my home without me watching. A couple notes: - Junior associate stood on our furniture instead of using his ladder. - Junior associate dripped soap on window sills and floors and did not notice until I pointed it out. - Junior associate dripped soap onto carpet by not holstering squeegee appropriately. Rick, the owner, was great about it, but I feel that given I hired professionals, I shouldn't have had to follow them around and check their work like this.

I wasn't home, but came back to a hose left behind (!) and lots of debris from the roof on my deck. I called about these matters, and they were taken care of the next day.

Showed up on time, was efficient and did a great job.

It went very well.  Rick showed up right on time and did an excellent job and cleanup.  The patio and back deck were a mess-- covered with moss and gunk, and he had to do repeat work on many sections to get them clean.  A very big job that would have taken me a week, but he did everything in about 6 hours.

I really like that they were able to complete the work in one trip. They were excellent!

After three unsuccessful attempts to get someone to bid a roof cleaning (all three are A-list contractors) Rick showed up on the day I was told and gave us an estimate for blowing debris off our roof and applying moss treatment to one area of the roof ($60 + $15).  He warned us that they were booked a month out but if I was interested I should call the office and get scheduled.  Since it was after office hours I left a message that I would like to get on the schedule.  When my call was returned the next business day, they offered me an appointment two days out (instead of a month - I gathered that they had added more staff which created the opening).  But she told me that their minimum charge was $120 and asked if I would like to have some window washing done to meet the minimum.  I agreed to that and a bit more.
Bill, the technician, arrived promptly at the appointed time (actually a few minutes early), went over with me what I wanted done and got to work.  The whole job took just about 1¼ - 1½ hours.  He blew the roof debris off the decks and driveway and washed the exterior windows as agreed.  I recommend this company and would use them again.

We call, they schedule, they arrive as promised. They clean gutters with you home ro not. They also do a great job with windows inside and out. They move quickly and are nice to have around.

I have used Rick's for years and love them. They are prompt, professional and very helpful and responsive. I always get what I pay for and it is always very hassle free. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

They just don't clean up. I have discussed this with them. I had used them for ages. Stuff from the gutters flew all over my plants, and they didn't clean them off, and it is almost impossible to get that all off. They don't haul things off. Their prices are fair. They just don't do a good job.

PERSON TAKING RESERVATION WAS POLITE, FRIENDLY, AND EASY TO WORK WITH. TECHNICIAN WAS EFFICIENT, PLEASANT AND WORKED STEADY. RICK'S CAME RECOMMENDED BY MY NEIGHBOR AND TECHNICIAN CAME OVER FROM NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE TO GIVE ME ESTIMATE SOON AS HE WAS TOLD OF MY INTEREST.
