The care was very good, and I was very happy with their service. The doctor called the following day with the lab results and she was very informative and courteous.

She is knowledgeable, caring and has a practical side to her approach. I trust her implicitly with my animals. I also takes my cats to her. The vet techs are all very competent and do a good with the animals. They have the latest and greatest equipment; all is up-to-date. The availability of appointments is great and they offer evening hours and weekend hours. I give them an A+.

Redmond Fall City Animal Hospital have been caring for our pug after we tried several other vets in the area. We like their professionalism, customer care (toward people and their pets), and their high level of knowledge and expertise. This time around we discussed her spinal issues, possible nerve damage, and advice on which vaccinations weren't really necessary for her. They also checked up on her weight- two years ago they had her on a weight program with monthly weigh-ins that was very effective for us in getting her weight back to normal. This visit did not involve anything serious, but when serious issues have arisen in the past their care was excellent.

We have been very happy overall. Our dog has always been treated very, very well (even overnight after being neutered) and he is always excited to go there as if he would go to the dog park! Cannot really compare prices with other Animal Hospitals but we felt that in some occasions was expensive (but as said no comparison with others....)

Beware of the prices at this clinic. Having just spent $856 to have my dog's teeth cleaned and teeth pulled, my strong recommendation would be to do your homework and research the prices of other clinics before deciding where to take your pet. Should you decide to have care given at this clinic, make sure you obtain a written quote prior to agreeing to proceed with service. I received mine via e-mail after my check had cleared. I've had many pets over the years and have never had such a negative experience with a clinic.

Overall very good, excellent follow through. I have seen a positive change in their approach from when Dr. Cox initially bought the practice. My initial impression shortly after the practice transitioned from the founding vet was not positive. To me it had become the Whole Foods of veterinary practice...whole paycheck and all. The simplest ear infection required sedation to look into the ear, a full work up to culture the infection and then a charge to reverse the sedation. The founding vet didn't do this, he knew what was needed to be done, mixed his own formulary and after a week of treatment, the ear had cleared up. Our most recent visit while not inexpensive left me with a sense that this clinic finally understands that most people do not have insurance on their pets and that we are looking for affordable and effective care. They seemed to take greater care in explaining the issues and advising on the course of treatment. I appreciate this approach and hope that as this group continues in their practice they pick up some of the pragmatic methods of the original vet. Their office staff is excellent!

I take my dog yearly to this veterinarian. The staff and doctors are great and always make our pets feel calm and loved. While I don't always love the price, but that doesn't mean they're over charging, it just means I'm cheap!

We worked with both Dr. Myer and Dr. Cox. This was our third try to find a good veterinarian and this office was the place we were looking for! The knowledge of these doctors was far beyond any other vet we have had experience with, and their thoroughness and care of our dog was exemplary. Our dog has had bad teeth and breath for several years. We initially brought her in for a checkup and to look at her teeth. In the checkup we learned much about pugs that we hadn't known in 11 years of care of our dog. We decided to take out the teeth so had an initial blood/kidney test and then the procedure. Our dog's teeth extraction took longer than expected and the vet there cared for our dog overnight at his home nearby until she could be picked up the next morning. High quality and amazing care beyond our expectations!
