Professional Air Duct Cleaning

While one of the guys was cleaning, the other was trying to high pressure sell my wife for other things.  They offered a lifetime filter for $150, and she declined.  They eventually lowered the price to $79 after constantly pressuring her.  Part of what they said was included was air dryer duct cleaning.  However, when I checked it out they didn't do it even though they said they did.  I saw where they tried to get into the duct from outside and even broke a piece of plastic off.  I could tell when they were unable to access it from outside that they gave up, yet still telling my wife they did it.

My experience with them was bad. They kept trying to sell me expensive extras. They were too pushy for my liking and the price ended up higher than I expected.

I contacted them because I had a $100 duct cleaning coupon. They showed up on time,and seemed very bothered that my wife was not at home. One fellow hooked some sort of pressure device to a vent. The other, "Kyle" began a major upsell-telling me I needed thousands of dollars in furnace cleaning and related services. I said no and he was very very insistent. I kept repeating I only wanted my ducts cleaned. He then started pushing a $150 air filer, and again I said no, and he again started the very hard sell. I have only experienced a harder sell at used car dealerships. When I didn't buy, they packed up and left, leaving every light in the house on and the toilet unflushed. I think the ducts got cleaned (no way to check), but the hard sell was very annoying.
