They were reasonably priced and the experience was good.  I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I called Nor Tech to get an estimate on repairing my home's high pressure fire sprinkler system. I expected to pay a bunch as it's a safety piece of equipment. Dave from the company called me back within a few hours of my initial contact to them via website. After some brief phone tag we talked, and tried to schedule a time. None were available that week during business hours, so Dave offered to come out to my place after work on a Friday as we live in the same town. Dave arrived promptly after I called him to tell him I'd gotten home from work. He examined the sprinkler system, walked me through what points were failing, and proceeded to explain how the whole system worked and proper maintenance. I was very impressed that he took the time to do all this on his Friday night. He gave me an estimate that was much below what I expected and we scheduled a time to show up. On the day of service Dave showed up right on time and began work. He repaired the leak, replaced the rusted pipe, then proceeded to repair a few other trouble spots that looked like they may be next. Afterwards he gave me a DVD explaining the system and the work they do, recommended an annual service with them (at a reasonable price), and prepared to leave. I expected to pay more than his initial estimate since he'd done more work, but when I asked him the price he said "$200 like I initially said" as if it would be odd for him not to hit his original quote. So far no leaks, though he did say to keep an eye on it and call him if anything leaked so he could come make it right. Overall, it was a great experience.

I really liked them. They were a really good company. Compared to the other companies that I received estimates from I felt that I could really trust the owner to do the work. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
