+ -1 moreIt was great at first. We were able to contact him on the weekend and got approved for the loan the following week. After that, it went downhill. Could not contact him for about a week to set up a HELOC on our rental house, which delayed the process about two weeks and thus we feel harmed our market value (mostly due to bad timing). We ended up just keeping the rental since we have great tenants, but we were looking forward to getting rid of the property. It was very frustrating as he came with high marks from our agent, but we were not impressed with the professionalism or responsiveness.
