My experience with Landmark Roofing and Siding has been awesome. From the moment I called, the office staff was friendly and helpful. They set me up w/ a free estimate with Steve. He explained our roof condition nicely and offered us options to choose from. I felt confident and well-informed choosing my new roof. About 4 weeks later, their crew was at our house doing the job. 3 days later, I had a beautiful new CertainTeed Presidential TL roof on my house. I absolutely love my new roof, it upgraded my curb appeal significantly. I was very pleased with how quickly they got the job done. The job site was clean and neat at all times. The crew had smiling faces and were courteous. Overall, a very pleasant experience with how the job went and with the results of my new roof. I highly recommend Landmark Roofing and Siding.

I had a very disappointing experience with Landmark Roofing & Siding Company. They installed windows at out house and attached are some pictures of drywall work. The craftsmanship was subpar, and there was a clear lack of quality control throughout the project. They delayed the work several times and left many jobs unfinished. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. The reason for 2 stars is because of the help from the owner to fix some issues. Update (March 27, 2025): While I appreciate the owner's response, I must add that contrary to what was specified in the contract, the work was not inspected by the company's Quality Assurance team. I have no reason to make false claims - my only goal is to help other consumers make informed decisions based on my actual experience.

Very pleased with our roof replacement in Bellevue. Work was done very quickly, job site was clean, staff was kind and professional, and our new DaVinci roof looks super high quality. Highly recommend!

I recommend Landmark Roofing and Siding wholeheartedly. From start to finish, Landmark impressed. Highly competitive bid and Rener worked with me to customize the project over a few rounds without a problem. The crew worked on my house under difficult conditions with a few surprises that made the job take longer than expected. They never wavered from their commitment to detail, work ethic, and respectful communication. I’m so happy with the final outcome. Every detail looks excellent.

We had three areas where siding needed to be replaced. Rener walked the project with me before providing an estimate. After getting the estimate, I had some follow-up questions about the process and also wanted to make sure the existing siding would tie in well to the new siding. My husband spoke to Rener on the phone, and, after the call, he said “let’s book him. I like his approach.” Normally my husband is a get three quotes kinda person, but not this time! Landmark did a superb job. The carpenter came out early that morning to take a look at the siding we have to match it as close as possible. The project turned out great! Now I just have to paint it, but the hard part is done thanks to Landmark. Overall, Landmark was communicative (shoutout to Kathy!), respectful of property (I was worried about my plants and flowers being damaged, but the carpenter was very careful and didn’t harm them at all), and thorough! Highly recommend this company.

We had Landmark Roofing and Siding do a siding project on the south side of our house a couple of months ago and the workers did an excellent job! They arrived on time, were very hardworking and to our amazement they even stayed extra late so that it got done in one day! The quality of work was incredible and they left our place clean. Thank you Landmark, we love it!

Attention to detail with the prefinished board and batten siding meant fixtures, mullions, and fittings were aligned.

Rener (the Founder and President), showed up on time for the initial walk around the house to assess our siding needs. He got us a quote to replace the siding within a day. As soon as we were ready to have the siding replaced, he set a day and his crew was on time. They worked clean and the install is impeccable. The job took exactly the length of time Rener said it would. I would highly recommend Landmark Roofing and Siding. Totally professional and the work is outstanding.

I received three estimates to compare work, Landmark was not the cheapest, but they were responsive and the office staff was very professional. The owner Rener was very knowledgeable and explained to me what the work would entail. He did not try to give me a hard sell; I really appreciated his suggestions, and the fact that he was not afraid to encourage me to get other estimates (even though I was going to do that anyway). They freely provided me with references when requested. After doing additional research, and checking references, I decided to go with Landmark.
The office staff called and gave me the schedule of when the installers would come out and even gave me a schedule of when the delivery would be made along with what would be on site (the dumpster and potty). This was information that I provided to my association as they do perform periodic inspections of outsides of the homes.
 I was completely shocked when they showed up and finished one side of the house in one day. This is a two story home, so they had to remove the old siding and then replace it with the new siding. We definitely hit bad weather throughout the two weeks this month, but these were very hard-working men who stayed with the job until they did not have any light left. Each night they cleaned up (basically removed items out of the way), before leaving. They worked in teams that included a painter, a foreman (lead), and another installer. When the rain came they placed a tarp over the section and continued to work. Some days they even worked on weekend--which surprised me.
Overall, they finished in the time the office indicated they would by a few days because of the rain. The owner inspected the property, and the office called or contacted me through email to discuss the wrap up procedure. My house looks 200% better, and I am very pleased with the job that was done.

The job went smoothly. There was a slow start due to the weather - it was raining - but once it started, it went very smoothly. They had to make an additional trip to come out later to install a skylight since it was not a standard sized one.

Landmark was very professional and knowledgeable and the crew was very polite and courteous.  We could instantly tell that the sales person wasn't just trying to sell us a roof, but actually cared about our needs.  They called to confirm our appointment a day ahead of time and showed up right on time.  They came prepared with many samples in their mobile showroom and were able to educated us on the materials and process, which was very helpful as we knew very little about roofing.   We were very impressed that they actually got up on our roof and inspected everything and provided such a professional proposal, since the previous company we interviewed didn't even get on the roof.
The price seemed very fair and we were confident that they were going to do the job.  The entire project took about 5 days and went very smooth.  We were very concerned about our landscaping and sprinkler system being damaged in the process but Landmark took every precaution to be careful with our property.  They did not ask for a penny upfront like other contractors we've hired and we were happy to pay them at the end of the project when everything was completed.
We couldn't be happier with the outcome!  We highly recommend doing business with Landmark Roofing.

The crew was excellent and they did a great job with the installation. I am very happy with the roof and it looks great. I have gotten compliments on the roof. They were very quiet when they were working which was a plus because I was home the whole time. The salesperson that came out was the only easily understandable English speaker. He was not as prompt as I would have liked him to be. He did try to call back but it took a while to get a response from him. He also spoke very quickly, so I would have to ask him to repeat himself, which was not very easy. The pricing was good and they were willing to match another competitor's price, but I was not happy with the fact that I had to sign a contract for the skylights that we had replaced after it was installed. He wasn't able to get me exact pricing. Apparently he had problems getting pricing because one of our skylights was odd-shaped. I think we should have been given that information before they started the project. They were supposed to be here the first day of February and nobody came. Somebody came the next day and they didn't tell me why. Apparently the shingles had not arrived yet so there was a little problem with punctuality.

They did not tell us that we needed a permit. So, they halted the work until we were able to purchase the permit and get them back out here and look at it. But, their work was good.

I was really happy with their service. They did a really good job. The price was reasonable. I found them on angies list. I called 2 or 3 different places and they gave me different prices but these people were bonded and insured. As I have a tricky roof it was important to me that they were bonded and insured. I would recommend them.

What went right: 1. Job got done professionally. The roofers are nice guys and cleaned after themselves. They took all the trash with them. The roofers even painted the other caps/ducts on the roof to match the color of my roof without me asking them to. 2. I would probably hire them again for the quality of job they did. 3. Professionalism is B because roofer got an A and sales guy got an D. What went wrong: 1. Don't show up and don't call for scheduled appt when they can't make it and I had to schedule my work and weekend appts. three times. 2. They should use weather channel when schedule jobs. Time line of project: 04/28/2009 - I contacted overlake roofing for the ventilation duct work. 04/29/2009- Jesse came out to do the estimate and promised to send me an estimate later that day. 04/30/2009- Jesse called me several times to make sure I received the estimate due to email issue. I reviewd the contract; correct mistakes such as incorrect roof type and incorrect tax amount(9% instead of 9.5%). Signed the contract and faxed it back. Gave credit card info to Lisa for 50% deposit for the project. Job was scheduled for 5/2/2009 at 10AM. 5/2/2009- No one showed up for the job. Called Jesse at 11AM; he promsied to check w/ the roofer and call me back. He never called me back. Called again at 1PM and left a message. 5/4/2009- Got in contact with overlake roofing and eventually talked to Jesse. He says roofer didn't show up on 5/2/2009 due to possible rain shower; however he can reschedule for Wed, 5/6/2009 at 10AM. I told him it was going to rain but he says the roofer would be able to use a tarp and it won't be a problem. 5/5/2009- Called at 2pm and talked to Lisa and confirmed the appt again. 5/6/2009- No one showed up and no one called. Called Overlake roofing at 10:30AM, talked to Rene and was told rain was a problem and roofer won't show up. I told Rene that's what told Jesse that it was going to rain but he told me the roofer could do the job anyway using a tarp. Rescheduled again for 5/8/2009 at 10AM. 5/8/2009-Roofer didn't show up at 10AM; received a call from Rene at 10:25AM saying roofers are on their way. Roofers finally showed up at 11:30AM just when I was about to fire them for not showing up for their appt third time in a row. The roofers were nice and very professional. They had to go buy the materials after they got to my house; apparently the sales guy never told them what the jobs is about. Eventually they did a good job and I was happy with the result but only wish they could have showed up on time and I didn't have to reschedule 3 times to get the job done.

Jesse, the estimator, was very personable and addressed all my question in a very straight forward manner. He showed me several examples of composition roofing and made suggestions for my style of roof. I signed the contract on Friday and by the following Friday the job was completed. The company that delivered the dumpster was able to back down my driveway, which is very narrow, without driving on my grass - I was very impressed with his driving skills. The roofers were professional, careful not to damage my vegetable garden/plants, cleaned up the area around the house after each work day, and went over and above the call of duty with a special request I had. The owner stopped by after the roof was done to inspect the work and answer any questions I had. I found Overlake Roofing to be a very professional, top quality company.

We were very fortunate all the way through. The person who came out to give a bid was down to earth, punctual, gave a lot of information and made sure all of our questions were answered. He also came supplied with the company's insurance and bank information so we knew there were no liens against them - this was very helpful and no other company had been that straightforward with us. They did the work all in one day, cleaning up after themselves and even spraying off our deck when they were through. They found that the person who had previously replaced the roof before us had made some mistakes and they took care of it on their own without charging extra. We did have a small problem and they came out that same day without any problem or discussion to fix it. The owner even comes out and looks at the work before you pay him the money. It was a really great company to work with and they really stressed that we should go to them with any questions at all. They are definitely a company we would use again without any hesitation!

In addition, they were among the lowest bid and we were impressed by what we heard from them. They got the job after we had interviewed and received bids from 5 other company's. They started the work promptly when they said they were going to start. Things didn't go as planned, a skylight was damaged in the process. However, the company did everything they could to make up for it. They repaired the skylight at their own expense without any protest. I felt that the workman were very good - it was just some bad luck that could have happened to anyone. I appreciated their willingness to do that. We would use them again and would also recommend them.

From the estimate to the final inspection, everything was accomplished professionally and in a timely manner. Minor discrepancies were fixed right away.

This company did a terrific job-everything went smoothly and according to plan. The crew was great, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The job took a total of 5 days, and we are very pleased with the result. We would definitely recommend Overlake Roofing.

Hard working and no compromises, they completed the job in 5 days, including clean up and spent time making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The team of workers were very positive and responsive to our requests. The company owner and project manager checked in with us daily. The result isn't just a new roof, it's a totally improved roof: high quality shake, superior flashing, improved ventilation, stainless staple hardware, they even installed permanent safety rings that I can attach a harness to, for my own use in the future. They didn't cut any corners and the results are amazing, smooth clean lines, gorgeous ridge caps, they clearly take pride in their craft and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. They seemed to really enjoy their work and it shows in the result. There are several companies all competing for this business in our neighborhood and we have friends with regrets for choosing brandX and brand - No regrets here. Overlake's pricing was between two others though their results were top notch; exceeding our expectations. Replacing our roof was an anxious undertaking: noise, weather, dust, expense, etc. I suppose that's why it was so much easier having a group on site that appeared to have such a great attitude about working and their work product.

Top notch! No complaints. Fast, friendly & professional service backed by and outstanding team. This company is comprised of the industries most respected: family ownership, career oriented employees, etc. I can't say enough good things about the job they performed and the service I received.
