 + -1 moreComplete misunderstanding. The architect tried to redevelop the entire plan from ground zero. First set of drawings was not even resembling the original one. So was the second. I was called ''mathematician'' and ''engineer'' not understanding ''artistic'' work. Well, ''artistic design'' was already performed. I needed detailed engineering drawings. I was returned the down payment. Other architect firm - Design Lines - did fabulous work. I wasted 2.5 months dealing with Kensington.
Description of Work: Existing plans (developed for the east coast residence of approximately 6,000 sq ft.) were to be slightly modified (internal wall arrangement, elongated garage & no basement). Detailed modification data was provided.
