Overall, I was pleased with how it went. I could have used more advise on how to prepare and take care of the sod after it was delivered. It's not that they were were helpful but I had to no more clearly better than I did. Make sure that you research on how to prepare for the sod and how to take care of it after wards.

I called on Tuesday January 3rd to order 300 square feet of sod that I would pick up on Friday January 6th. When I arrived at the JB Instant Lawn on Friday afternoon, there was a mix-up and the counter-person thought I was going to pick it up on Wednesday. When I arrived they had no more sod to sell for the day. Craig Caldwell (Washington Farm Manager), said he would go out and see what he had that might work. He came back in about 15 minutes and said they had a pallet of sod (more than I needed) that had been cut a few days earlier and had been sitting out in the rain. He provided this sod to me at no charge. The sod was messy and heavy to handle, but it worked fine. Through Craig's action he turned an upset customer into a very happy one. I have used them in the past for yard projects and would certainly use them again. They clearly understand what customer service means!!

SPRAY ON GRASS! HOW EXCITING. REALLY. WE NOW HAVE A 'HANK HILL' PERFECT LAWN. WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO BE AT HOME. COMPANY WAS HELPFUL WITH OUR CALLS FOR EXACT INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PREP THE YARD.
