They were very straightforward. They were good but, I mean the job turned out fine, I don't know, I just kind of, I felt like the owner of the business could have been onsite more. It's kinda like once the job, we signed up for the job we didn't get as good attention as we got before the job started. Although the job seemed to be done correctly and all, it just seemed, it didn't seem like we had the owners attention as much as we did before we signed up for the job started. The workers basically, there was one in particular that was sort of the go-to guy and he was basically the one tech most of the job. He was pretty good. I wish we would have had the owner of the company's attention here more than we got.
I don't think it was any great fantastic bargain but you know they did finish the job and it has seemed to hold up okay so far. I don't think it was especially great value but we did get the job finished and it seems to be working okay.

Called Sean on Saturday 12/1/2012 with a fairly severe ground water leak in the basement (70's vintage split level house) after some serious seasonal rains. Sean came out the same day to evaluate the problem, and discuss the options available (he uses a membrane product).  He gave me a very reasonable price estimate and sent the estimate by email the next day.  He followed up with a phone call on Monday and we agreed to have him do the work starting in 2 weeks. The crew began work ten days later excavating along the house on three sides, placing the waterproofing membrane and new drain pipe.  This house is on a slope so they had to dig down about ten feet on the back portion of the house. There was also a concrete patio in the back that had to be partially removed and a stairwell to go around.  The crew had to contend with the groundwater continuing to flow into the trench during the entire project.  The entire project took five days start to finish.  Sean gave me two options for restoration of the patio, a concreted patch or crushed rock.  I chose the rock as there would be some settling for a while and the patch would look like a patch.  I put a deck over the repaired area the following summer.  They replaced the gate they removed on one side and the fence section and gate removed for access on the other side as best the could as the fence was quite old.  They straightened a fence section where it was bowed from the piles of dirt removed during the excavation.  There is always going to be collateral damage on a digging project this big and Sean offered me a rebate for some of the material I would need to replace.  The drain system seems to be working quite well since the installation and the basement is staying dry.

It was outstanding. Sean is the owner and it was fantastic. He was fair. He did exactly what he was supposed to do. I've been in communication with him as late as today to do more work for me. The owner himself is the reason that made me use them. He was competent. He knew how to solve my issues. He had all the equipment and the owner himself that came out and gave me an estimate. I liked them a lot. I would say to people or family member to use them. These guys were great.

They did a cracker jack job. I had a leak in my basement that they fixed. My basement has been bone dry ever since they came out. It thought the price was reasonable for the work they did and the peace of mind that my husband and I have now was worth it. It is nice to be able to leave the house when it is raining and not come home to a lake. I am happy with them and the work that they did. I cannot say enough about them. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a good experience.

In summer 2012 I began having troubles with dampness seeping up from the ground on two sides of the house. I called Sean and he remembered my exact job, which impressed me, and came out to the house to have a look at what was happening. He thought it was probably a leaky pipe but that wasn't it. He thought it might be condensation from laundry and shower and suggested getting a dehumidifier and also trying a fan that vented outside. The dehumidifier was a good idea buy it did not solve the problem of the moisture along the edge of the floors. I called Sean again and he asked some questions about the dehumidifier but I didn't follow up with him after that. I don't think that is the problem. I need to follow up with him again and hopefully we can get to the root of the problem. I feel like he's stumped at this point and I'm afraid there may be more moisture that I can't see in other rooms where there is carpeting. The delay is my fault and the next step is mine.

Throughout the whole process, starting with the initial phone contact to the last day of work, Sean and his team were very professional, courteous and accommodating. I interviewed six waterproofing companies before committing to this one, and while Sean's bid was lower than some others, the amount of work he proposed to do was equal or superior to the other bidders, and made the most sense. Sean went the extra mile every time he felt it was necessary: for example, they had to quickly decide to pour a much larger quantity of rocks into the hole in one area because the soil was so saturated with water that it collapsed when they dug. Sean made the decision right away and I didn't get charged for the larger amount of materials and work. Communication was excellent throughout and Sean responded patiently to all my questions about every aspect of the work. Everything was done in the time estimated originally, except for a couple of additional days spent repairing the lawn that had been damaged by the collapse of soil. We had to pay a very reasonable amount on top of the original bid for that repair (including laying out new sod), but that was obviously impossible to foresee before starting the work. The team was careful to restore the landscaping to its original condition as best as they could; in fact, it looked better afterwards in some areas. So far, the drain seems to function exactly as planned and we can witness its effect at the catch basin (the water goes up and down as the weather changes from dry to rainy). We are very satisfied with the results.

I had several companies looking at the leak in our finished basement. Sean came the same day I called. He came a second time 2 days later to further discuss the required work. He took time to explain the required work and made a very competitive offer. His team started 3 days later. They were always punctual, very professional, finished the work 1 day earlier and below budget! On top of that they were very good at manoeuvering in a very small space leaving no damage to the surroundings. They left the site every day very clean and replaced all the plants after the work was finished. This work has been done 3 months ago and we had a lot of rain since... The drainage works 100% and I can sleep not worrying about our basement anymore. I wholeheartedly recommend Sean.

I had excess moisture in my house, and needed to find the cause. I called Irrigation & Landscape Management to have them inspect the crawl space. The owner, Sean knibbs, came to the house on time and after his inspection, he presented me with an estimate that I considered to be fair. We set up a date and time to begin the job of drying out the area. He arrived on time every day of the project, was very professional and completed the job in four days. He even replaced the landscaping with all my existing plants, returning everything to normal. I would definitely hire him again and would highly recommend his company.

We had water seeping in our garage from the southwall. Mr. Knibbs was very professional when he came out to give me an estimate. The work performed was done on time and the house was disturbed as little as possible during the entire time. The whole project only took 3 days.
