Despite some wet weather initially, once the weather was dry, it was amazing how fast the overall painting was completed, but the most critical aspect of the project were the results of the painting. Homeowners were totally happy and so many of them commented on the outstanding job the painters were doing with such great results.
Preplanning prepared the homeowners with the inconveniences such as plastic over windows and doors, a big concern since the summer was hot and dry and plastic did not lend to circulation of air within the homes. All exposed plants were covered when homes were sprayed, and plants and furniture were moved out of the porches for painting and moved back after painting. Because of the efficiency of work, windows and doors were covered no more than two days. Parking of cars in driveways was not possible during painting; however, absolutely no homeowners complained about any of the conveniences as they watched the painters daily work their magic to transform the homes into sparkling and clean appearances. There were absolutely no complaints rendered.
The work was done efficiently, quickly and the tools of the trade were stored nightly away from the sight of homeowners. All trash was taken away. And after total completion, there was no evidence of trash. Every day either Bruce, his wife or his superintendent visited the site to review requirements and observe the painters. Questions were always answered promptly by the management.
Several owners have requested bids from Bruce for the painting of the interior of their homes, again indicating their satisfaction with the work and work ethics of the company. If the requirement ever comes up again for painting of the exterior of the homes, Hansen will be the first to be contacted. The Association has been totally satisfied with Hansen Quality Painting. The company name says it all: QUALITY.

Charlotte in the office called me back within one hour of my message. She offered to have Bruce Hansen meet me at exactly the time that was convenient for me THE NEXT DAY. Bruce broke the bid down into three parts, per my request so I could see what parts I could afford. The pricing was EXTREMEMLY reasonable. I asked him to use a material called Total Wood Product (TWP) that is not at your typical paint store but in my experience it is the only product to use on a wood exterior. Bruce left me with the color wheel so I could show my husband. Robin was the job foreman and could not have been nicer to work with. The guys were so tidy that one could not tell they were working on the house when they left for the evening. The gutter cleaning and pressure washing was marvelous. The staining was perfect. They had to paint two trim colors, one a dark green and the other white and the house looks terrific. One should not defer your home maintenance and with prices this affordable, it is the best money one can spend. I am planning to hire the crew to come back and do the interior of the house.

Hansen did a good job. They were on time. Price was similar to other bids.

They came on time, and they were very professional and they fixed a lot of weather damaged painting and did an excellent job getting rid of it. I would recommend them to others.

Starting in March, Dal and Mike came out and pressure washed the house caulked cracks and prepared the house for painting. They arrived early every day and worked steadily until afternoon when they cleaned up; told me what to expect next and when they would be back. They were always true to their word. When the house was ready for painting Dal and company expertly played the rainy Seattle weather. I later found out that Dal had 20 years experience. It showed. I couldn't have been happier with the process or the result. The house looks great. They were patient with my questions, responsive to changes in specs and always responded in a timely manner to my emails and phone calls. I highly recommend this company.

Last summer, I had Hansen s Quality Painting, Inc. paint the exterior of my house and they did an excellent job. At my request, they also included in the job the pressure washing of the back patio, front porch, front walkway, driveway and sidewalk. Bruce, the owner, and his crew were a pleasure to work with and very professional. They were very neat and did little damage to the exterior plants and grass. They straightened up at the end of every day and at the end of the job did an excellent job cleaning up and getting up most of the paint chips from all the scraping of loose paint. I thought the cost for the work was more than fair. They house looks great; actually, it now has the nicest paint job on the street. I was so happy with their work that I ve hired them again for several interior painting projects for my home for later this summer.

A friend recommended Hansen's and after obtaining bids from 3 other companies we selected them because Bruce, the owner, seemed to be very professional in the bid process and I knew they had experience repainting existing homes. Their price was not the lowest but I think it fairly reflected their level of competence and quality of work. When painting began, Bruce assigned a team headed by Darryl to paint our home. Darryl pressure washed the house a week prior to painting. During painting, each day they would mask and paint a section of the house. We had a second coat applied because the extra cost was not significant and we have an LP siding issue. It was amazing to see how quickly they did the masking and painting, and yet the results were great. There were very few mistakes. In the end Darryl went over the whole house with me to look for things I wanted fixed and there were very few which they of course corrected.
