Handy Dan D

Dan was punctual, professional, responded during times I communicated and was fair priced. I am very satisfied and would recommend him to others. I will call him again if I have a need.

Dan is very knowledgeable about the product he installed and the patio sliding door. For every challenge that he had , he came up with a solution. Whenever he had to make an adjustment to the normal installation, he told us ahead of time what the insert would look like and how the door would operate. We were never in the dark and never surprised. The result was very good.

This was one of those big/little jobs that NEEDs to get done but doesn't attract a serious contractor in a timely fashion. While trying to resurface a TREX deck, I discovered drainage problems from the old surface had saturated the wall under the door leading on to the deck and created rot and termite damage over a 12 foot span underlying a 10 foot French door. Made many calls to sympathetic but overbooked contractors who couldn't help me until I got Dan to come take a look. He accepted the job, gave me a schedule he stuck to, a shopping list to prepare, and some jobs to execute beforehand to save time and money (termite eradication specifically). We did the job together, everything was transparent, and well executed and he charged by the hour in fractions for heavens sake. This was a serious job that was handled quickly and left us better than new (doubled the new rim joist, pressure treated). A great relief, and very modest in his charges. Hope I won't need him anytime soon but wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

He is fantastic.  I will recommend him to anybody.  He is more particular than I am and you don?t meet too many people like that.  I give him an A+.  He is fabulous.  He did an incredible job on it; it was really a fine job.  He made it like new.  He was very impressive and I really enjoyed working with him.  He was very pleasant to work with.  I don?t recall the cost but it was worth it because it was an older stuff and to buy a set of that quality would have been twice the price of what I paid for.  

He takes his job personally and he is proud of what he does and he does a good job.  I was impressed with that personality.  I paid for the best of quality work.   

Remodeled the entire room. Removed corkboard from wall, had to repair the wall, paint the room, retexture the room, hang new doors, fix the paint job that someone started that awful, he made the room beautiful

It was very nice. He did a very good work for us. I was very happy with him. We would use them again if we have a job that needed to be done. We were very pleased with the quality. It was better than buying a new set. The quality was pretty good.
