Many years, several projects. Most detailed one included tear out of old master shower bathroom, redesign and construct new master bathroom with tile , marble, walk-in shower. Craftsman job to completion.

Our experience with Gore Construction was entirely positive. The crew started early and left by 3pm so we could have some quiet time at the end of the day. They were very tidy and each day everything was cleaned, swept and stored so that we did not live in a construction zone. They communicated well with us and listened to our concerns so we had no conflict or misunderstandings about expectations at any time. They were a friendly and caring crew at all times. We also feel they are fair and competitive with their pricing. We had total trust in their ability and fairness, and the end result was well worth it. They are my first choice for any home construction.

Working with Glenn and his crew was an exceptionally positive experience. From start to finish Glenn was helpful and dependable. He has excellent communication skills and really listens to his clients. He is an expert at his work; he is available, reliable and punctual. His crew showed up on time and often worked past the end of the day. Glenn was present at the cite everyday of the project, working alongside his crew. The worksite was safe and cleaned up at all times and had minimal impact on the rest of the house and our personal life.
Glenn supplied us with meticulously executed plans and financial accounting. He is honest and trustworthy and worked hard to stay within our budget. We felt Glenn went above and beyond to make our project come in better than and quot;on budgetand quot;. All work progressed according to a detailed schedule, of which we had a copy, and was completed on time.
We love our addition! Friends and neighbors have commented that it looks like it has always been there. It blends that well into our 1923 home! We give Glenn our best rating and highly recommend Gore Construction.

Gore Construction worked with me, my architect, a soils engineer, and a materials engineer to build a striking modern addition to the side of my home. The addition has five new rooms and a deck. The kitchen and bathrooms were also remodeled. There are granite countertops. The floors are slate tile and hardwood..
The addition is on stilts over the hillside. It has a butterfly roof that attaches to the rest of the house at unusual angles. There is a huge steel moment frame to stiffen the house against earthquakes. A crane lifted that over the house to put it into place.

The interior and exterior workmanship is excellent.
The workers were consistently kind and responsive. When I made a change my requests were implemented quickly and fairly. If the
workers or subcontractors made an error, the error was rectified promptly with no charge to me.
Since the building of the addition I have used Gore Construction for several small jobs which also turned out very well.
