Furniture - Sales
We worked with 3 different "designers" as each was incompetent (1 or 2 of the 3 were subsequently dismissed). They did not really care about the quality of their work and it was reflected in the poor suggestions they made as to color, placement and size of furniture and window treatments. Half the items we ordered were defective and we had to fight with them to take them back and refund our money. We did keep 4 items with which we are satisfied but dealing with them on the items that were defective was so unpleasent that we would never shop there again.
