This is a nightmare and I want people to run fast when you hear this company name. Originally, when I asked questions, Mr. Ehigh would have his employees do most the work except the roof, concrete and windows. After I signed the first check for $33,000.00 I learned that I was hooked for my life. He subcontracted to another guy with his own employees and did most the work. It was too late to chase, to hard to get money back. For the first three weeks, the employees peed around my house because no portable toilet even though the project is that much money. Then, a typical mind game that always blame the architect for all of the problems. When I confronted a lot of techical issues like pipeline, foundation for the new addition, of course it is the architect's fault to design it or the city inspector was stupid etc. The pipeline was redone three times to follow the city inspection code. Then when they opened the house up, it is his time to have weekend vacation or hard to reach mr. Ehigh.I used to have qwest phone line, but now it is gone. My irrigation system was doing fine but now one section doesn't work. Then in the middle of the project, they threaten you to obeey them or they will not fulfill their warranty which is a joke anyway. I was so stupid to believe in warranty system which is hard to chase. In December, one door leaked and of course in the middle of the winter I had to find someone from Home Owner Club to fix. Needless to say, they explained to me the lack of coordination of the contractor, roofer and carpenter that led to that leak costing me $900.00 to fix.A new ceiling they put on had a crack in less than 5 months. I showed it to him, but no one came to fixed. I had to list the house so I desperately had a person to paint to touch it up. Now, he blames me for that problem because someone else painted it, so it is no longer his problem. The window ceiling leaks, he blames the painter as well.Right now, one section of the roof sinks and I am too tired to deal with the jacco. Run fast, run for your life and if you listen his smooth talking, better think twice. I made a mistake to get his name from a friend, but it has been a heartburn and a nightmare each day for me.
Description of Work: This aa big remodeling project that involved a new roof, a new addition that has a garage replacement and concret wall, window, gutters etc
