+ -1 moreIT WAS FINE. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND WE ALL KNOW MY CARPET IS BAD, AND WE KNOW IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE ME THE SPIEL ANYMORE ABOUT IT. THEY JUST CLEAN IT. THEY COME IN AND GET THE JOB DONE AND LEAVE.
