When I needed a new internet provider I wanted to be able to go online anywhere in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.


Clear does it all. Before I signed up they checked coverage for all my desired areas, helped with my set up, and made sure I was comfortable before they set up my auto pay acct. I really like them.

We've had Clearwire Service for years. We moved into town, closer to another tower. Service was fine, up until July when it degraded massively. Speeds slowed to about the same as we had years ago with dial-up service (we are paying a premium for the higher speeds). Our VOIP phone is no longer usable - garbled communications both ways due to lack of internet speed. We've contacted customer service over and over. They reset, it works fine for about 30 minutes, then back down to awful. They claim it is due to a and quot;congested towerand quot;. We are removing our clearwire service this month :(

They sent the wifi router with instructions and I got it set up pretty easily, but it was more difficult to change the network password. I went online to use their IM service and after a long wait, the helper led me through the instructions clearly. I wouldn't have been able to figure it out on my own and I am fairly technologically savvy. Now the service is OK but too slow to download files very efficiently. It took 10 hours to download 6 movies.
