This project was well coordinated with our roofer, as both went on simultaneously. Very nice job, perfectly aligned & placed. Inside the house was well protected from construction debris. Very pleased with the result.

I was having my roof replaced and wanted skylights installed during the process. I sought another bid other than from the roofing company and found Damin's prices to be lower, and saw he had a good Angies List rating. When he looked at the project, he gave me confidence that he would be able to do a good job, and he was very much on top of things from the beginning. For example, when I asked to increase the well size on an existing 4x4 skylight, he suggested a 4x6 which would really give bang for the buck. It was a fantastic suggestion. He also struck me as extremely competent and seemed to be aware of things going on even outside of his immediate scope of work. He was punctual, professional, and did a great job. I intend to use him for a future kitchen remodel.

Damon did an excellent job. He came, went right to work, and finished on time. He is quite personable and easy to work with.

Our work site is very, very challenging; there is limited space for parking, and you must walk down approximately 40 steps to get to the house, so hauling materials can be daunting. Additionally, strong coordination was reqiured between Damin and the roofing company to ensure that there were no hold ups due to work dependencies. Damin and his team completed the job on time and on budget with the utmost professionalism, and everything turned out beautifully. Damin does an excellent job communicating with us as his clients, provides professional documentation and consultation throughout all phases of the project, and does amazing work. We will definitely be looking to Cadybuilt for help as the need for future projects arise.

They were excellent. They did great work. They came on time. They are a first class company. I have had them back for additional work since they did such an excellent job the first time.

Damin came in to give me an estimate on the work we needed done. He seemed great. Asked lots of questions and evaluated my kitchen drawings (took a copy). He said he would be in touch in about a week with the details. Unfortunately, we never heard from him again. I left him one message but never heard back. I would hope that a contractor would be proactive in getting in touch with their customers. Such a bummer, he seemed like a nice guy and had been recommended to us.

Damin helped me out in a huge way by working a weekend to complete a job he been hired to do through a roofing contractor. I hired him after that to install additional units. The pricing was fair, he was punctual and completed all work promptly and cleaned up to where I couldn't tell he'd even been been there. I plan to have him do some more work around the house soon. It feels good to know there is a competent, professional available whom I can trust to do the job right.

This was a pretty simple project, but Damin did a great job nonetheless. This was a one day project that I scheduled several weeks in advance. The timing was very important since I had another contractor coming to paint the next day. Damin came on the day we originally agreed to and completed the work that day. Damin is a terrific trim carpenter and did a great job installing our new cabinets.

Damin did a great job on this project. I didn't have any formal plans and instead just told him what I envisioned as the final result. Damin completely understood what I wanted and explained what needed to be done. I elected to file for a permit myself for this project, which turned out to be the only frustration on the project. It took almost four weeks and cost over $300 just for the permit. Once I had the permit in hand, Damin quickly got the project done. He dealt with the inspectors and did the bulk of the project work in one day. I was especially pleased with the way he tied into our existing deck. I put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into building an ipe deck a few years ago,and I'm very proud of the workmanship that went into it. I told Damin that I was going to be very picky about how he connected the porch to the deck. He said no problem and it wasn't. He used an ipe 4x4 for the main support and did a superb job of tying it into the ipe railing. Damin did such a great job that I'm planning to use him in the future for other remodeling projects.
