Everyone I worked with was very friendly and professional, and the dispatch office was very helpful in scheduling the delivery to line up with the pumping company and also worked with me on some complications due to waiting for the building inspector. My only negative comment is that even though the order sheet said a 4" max slump, the concrete in the forms seemed to be much looser than that. Apparently you have to ride the concrete guys pretty hard to deliver a dry mix, otherwise they add a bunch of water because it makes things easier. I say apparently because several construction veterans seem to be familiar with this kind of thing happening. On price, the price came out more expensive than my original estimate for some reason I'm still figuring out, possibly because of the special mix. Overall batch plants don't like doing "short loads" of less than a truck (which holds 9 or 10 yds) so they charge you a hefty additional fee, but it's too much to bag mix. I compared to the on-site mix people like Quick & Easy and I guess that around 3 yds is the break even point because their quote was about equal. Overall I was happy with what I got, but for my next pour I need to be a little more insistent about what they need to bring. Manny the driver totally rocks, by the way.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE. THEY SCHEDULED A TIME THAT WORKED WELL FOR US. THE ROCK WAS DELIVERED AS DESCRIBED AND DROPPED IN THE LOCATION WE ASKED.

THE OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. JOHN CAME ON TIME AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE SHOWED US HOW TO KEEP THE CONCRETE SMOOTHED DOWN AND EVEN. JOHN WAS VERY NICE AND WORKED VERY HARD.

THEY ARE ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND EXTREMELY ACCURATE IN WHERE THEY PLACE THEIR DUMP LOADS OF GRAVEL. WE HAVE DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.

WE RECEIVED THE GRAVEL DELIVERY FROM CADMAN AT THE TIME SCHEDULED. THE DRIVER WAS COURTEOUS AND THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD. WE WOULD RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.
