We checked around with some of the other places. We have used Ben Franklin before. Their quality of work is good. I am astounded at the cost of picture framing, but that is besides the point. They are not cheap, but they are good. They are people that have worked in the industry. They have the depth, knowledge, and experience. There is no time constraints. They work with you. The big issue is matching the type of frame and matting, and blending it with the subject in the picture. The value you recieve is what you pay for. They are very punctual.

GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY HAD A NICE SELECTION OF FRAMES AND MATTES. THEY WEREN'T PARTICULARLY HELPFUL WITH CHOOSING COLORS/STYLES THAT MATCHED MY PHOTO, BUT OTHERWISE I WAS HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. THE RESULT LOOKS NICE.

I HAVE HAD MANY PHOTOGRAPHS AND PRINTS FRAMED AT BEN FRANKLIN. THEY HAVE ALWAYS PROVIDED A GOOD PRODUCT AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT MOST OF THE TIME. FRAMING CAN BE A VERY EXPENSIVE PROPOSITION AND BEN FRANKLIN OFFERS A VARIETY OF OPTIONS WHICH HAS MADE IT AFFORDABLE FOR ME.
