in general, i was happy with the administrative aspects of the company. I liked having email reminders (as opposed to calls) and to having my service paid for by credit on file. I liked having my preferences already on file, so the cleaners would know where to focus and where I didn't want cleaning. However, it was really important to me to have the same person every time and that just didn't happen, despite being told it would. I stuck with it, mostly because I was too lazy and tired to try to hire someone else. But, with various different cleaners every time, the job was not consistent. Then, I finally got the same cleaner who came for 3-4 months and I LOVED him! He loved cleaning my house and would go above and beyond. I liked how passionate he was about cleaning my house and he would tell me it was his favorite house to clean. Then, he stopped coming and when I called the company found that he no longer worked for them. I think there is a lot of turnover, but when my favorite cleaner was gone, I'd had it and had to find a new company. Sigh, I do miss him and wish I could hire him privately.....

They charge by hour so every hour is $34. They do 2 hours on Mondays and 3 hours on Thursdays. This Monday I would be using them for the 7th time. The first time they sent a male house cleaner and he was not very good, but they were quick to respond to my complaint so they sent over a female one and she was excellent. She is very thorough and really takes care of details so I'm really happy with her service. I don't think they are very competitive. I compared some of the cleaners and they charge by visit and that's reasonable. They charge by hour so that depends on how much they can do in one hour.

They have been excellent. They clean the house, are courteous, and they follow instructions well. When we've needed to change our schedule, they've accommodated us. We've been asked by competitors on occasion, and have never had a desire to change. Good company.

I have a long history with them. I am a real estate agent and when I have a home that needs some tender loving care; I call them first. I also use them on a fairly regular basis for myself. They work so hard! They come in and really clean; and they vacuum every corner. They are very good and they have a really good system. They have a list and they tell you in advance what they will clean. My bathrooms are shinny and my kitchen is always clean. They have done a nice job for me. The only criticism I have is they clean my floors one way, by getting on their hands and knees and I like for them to use my Steamer. I have years of confidence built up with them. I trust them in my home; I do not get the same cleaners every time and they make every effort to please me though. They work with me budget wise.

We have been using their cleaning service for a few years. They send the same cleaners for us and if they have to send someone different, they let us know before hand. They are consistent and show up on time. They do a basic housecleaning for us. They do dusting, vacuuming and cleaning the bathrooms. Every now and then they clean some windows and kitchen cabinets too at least once a month. They do bring their own cleaning supplies, their own waste baskets and they take out trash too. We had a remodel done over this summer and then they came in and thorough cleaning job for us too.

It is a good service. We have been using them for a couple of years. I have them do a 2 hour service and they do a basic housecleaning. They come for me every 2 weeks, mostly just one person comes out and every once in a while 2 cleaners come out for 1 hour. They clean the bathrooms, the floors and if they have time left they do the kitchen. I appreciate that they are willing to do a 2 hour service for me in a 3,000 square foot home. They have reasonable prices too.
