Audio Video Home Installations

I had family coming to visit and was in a bit of a time crunch, and Steve was very accommodating for our schedule. He gave a very accurate estimate of how long the work would take. The workmanship was outstanding, visually the systems look very clean (no wires, very nicely routed wires, etc.). Price estimate was right on. As an extra bonus, while we were talking about the original work, I said we can't get any hdtv channels, so not to bother with it. But Steve decided to try on his own and got several channels to show up! Talk about going above and beyond the expectation. Steve is very knowledgeable about the systems, standards and devices and everything works perfectly together and looks / sounds amazing.

It went amazingly well. Steve really knows his stuff. He is extremely passionate about home theater and strives to do an excellent job. He went above and beyond in his level of service and attention to detail. Very responsive, honest, sincere and knowledgeable person. He installed my home theater within the same amount he quoted me so there were no surprises in the end. So lucky to have found him. I am already recommending him to my other friends and will surely use his services again!

After calling a few companies that wanted to send two guys out for a day or two I came across Audio Video Home Installations on Angie's List. This is an owner operated company which I prefer. Steve came to my home (arrived on time) and gave me a estimate which I was extremely comfortable with as opposed to the other guys. He also said he would take his time and if he went over his estimate there would not be any additional charge. 
Steve went above and beyond and I mean beyond. He made trips to pick up parts, researched items I was going to purchase and in the end spent twice to three times the time he expected to spend and never charged me extra. I even offered him some extra money as I felt he underbid my project and he would accept it. 
The other companies would have cost me thousands more, no joke, Thousands!!! as they wanted to send two guys and charge me by the hour. Steve is an honest hard working man who knows audio and video better than most. He even programed my remotes at no additional charge and uploaded icons for my favorite stations. Now even my wife can operate the TV.
This is the first time I have ever written a review but I felt Steve's services were worth writing about.
