I have written positive reviews of this service regarding the cleaning that was done. It was excellent. Now I am reviewing the company management. It has taken me two weeks to write this because I was so angry with Adrianne's cleaning management. I have used this service for years and the only thing I requested was having a consistent team that came once a month. I am very hesitant to let strangers enter my home and the monthly service was never an issue...till now. Now they say they have never done monthly(12x/yr) only every four weeks(14x/yr) and if I insisted on monthly I could not have a consistent team. I then requested to speak with Adrianne and was told she was in meetings all morning but they would leave a note for her to call. Late the next afternoon I got a call from the office manager who said I could talk to her only because the owner NEVER comes to the office! I am neither stupid nor senile! So, do NOT use this co. if you want. to be treated truthfully and with respect.

For over a year we have been very pleased with how thorough and efficient a job these ladies do. The attention to detail is remarkable, the coffee maker shines, the microwave is spotless.

We love Adrienne's cleaners, they always do a fantastic job with cute little touches that make us smile. My girls (3 and 7) get so excited to see their clean rooms and Mom appreciates what a great job they do. Crew #2 is who we get and they are SO great, fast, efficient, and just fantastic. My kitchen and app appliances get so sparkling.

I love how clean my house is! Lorena and the rest of Team 11 did a fantastic job getting my place sparkling clean before my family comes to town. I experienced excellent and easy communication for scheduling and pricing, professional and personable team members, and thorough work.

They are always amazing. This time we had Team #10 and not only were they super patient with us (we have one car and unfortunately today were not home in time to open the door for them), but they were also extremely thorough. Everything was wiped down, our son’s toys were placed back on the bookshelf, and the floors looked incredible (mopped and vacuumed). I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of our home!

I love Adrianne's Housekeeping. All the cleaning teams do a great job, but Team 2 (Bety and crew) go above and beyond with small details that make me smile every time.

Awesome as always. Team 7 headed by Griselda was so fast! The three of them had it all done in an hour! And the cute touches of paper flowers on the toilet paper roll always make me smile! They dusted around the TV and the living room blinds which i forgot to tell them to do, but as it had been done by them before they did it again! The gals do such a good job of wiping everything down I've gotten really spoiled! My showers are clean and fresh(my least favorite job to do!)

It was fantastic, highly recommend. Team #2 (Bety, Ascuncion and Marbella) were very efficient, stayed within the quoted time and cost and went the extra mile on things I didn't expect they would do. The house smells great! I'm really impressed and am so glad I found this company.

Great! We needed a deeper undistracted clean Than we can pull off with little kids. Even with nap schedules they could pull it off for us and we are making it a monthly thing for now and hope for more often in the future. Paying for something that increases your quality of life makes sense even when you could pull it off yourself!

We’ve come to rely on the fantastic cleaning job of Adrianne’s Service. I had to change our monthly service around to accommodate parties and guest staying w us, the scheduled promptly returned my call, and the changes were accomplished. Bravo!

This month when my team of three wonderful women (Beatrice, Patty, and Marianna) came, my apartment felt sticky and grimy and just plain dull. When they finished it was so clean and shiny it could have been showcased in a magazine. This is how I have come to expect the great job my team does. I am so appreciative of the hard work they do and always with a smile, kindness, and professionalism. The day they come is always my favorite day of the month. This is a great service done by great teams.
