 + -1 moreThey arrived with the wrong size thickness of glass (a lower quality) and talked me into installing it anyway. The glass door did not fit so they came back with a replacement door that was a thicker glass (the one I had asked for in the first place) and installed it without telling me it was different then the surrounding glass. They also left without installing a drip edge so now we have water rolling out of the shower onto our bathroom floor. I have tried for several months to get them back to (at least) install the drip edge so it is not a safety hazard but they will not respond to my emails or phone messages.
Description of Work: This contractor installed a master bathroom glass shower enclosure and glass door.
