 + -1 morepurchased a house that had a huge Bar constructed in the middle of the main living area that separated the kitchen from the living room; had Bailey Construction remove and refinish the ceiling as well as add backsplash, new kitchen sink and shelving in the kitchen. Then had them remove cement blocks in the back yard and construct a wood deck for a nice patio area- now they are starting to construct a double garage which is stick-built and put in a permanent fencing around the property.
