Your Cleaning Company

Not well. There were any cleaning tasks they cold not do because they did not have time. The cleaning they did was sub standard. The master bathroom was barely touched, none of the drawers or cupboards were wiped out, the cabinet fronts were not cleaned. The shower, the mirror, sinks and toilet were started but not finished. The kitchen and guest bath were pretty much the same thing. Cleaned sort of. Cupboards fronts not wiped down, cupboards and drawers not wiped out. It looked clean and smelled clean so they were paid and they left. After the fact I opened drawers in the master bath to find hair in the drawers so I took not of how the rest of it looked and I was very disappointed. The owner's daughter a teenager started cleaning the master bath but then she had to go to soccer practice. So the owner (mother) and daughter left. The other employee kept working. When the owner returned she stepped in but did not recheck or follow up on what her daughter had not completed in the master bath. I could add many more items but it is enough to say that I was unhappy with their work and regret not catching the incomplete work before I paid them. I am still working to finish up what was not completed while I work full time and relocate to house out of area. Very disappointed. Paid $387.00

I would like them to clean the windows in my dad's door and my back door. I also would like them to dust with a rag not a feather duster switter would be better.

Nicole is the best gal for this job.  She is pleasant, cheerful, and a good worker.  Your Cleaning Company is lucky to have her as an employee.
