Villas Painting

Victor called me shortly after I submitted my request for service, listened carefully to my description of the problem, gave me a fair price quote over the phone, then came over the same day to fix the hole in my wall. It's still drying as I type this up, but it looks like high-quality work and I don't think I'll be able to tell that there was ever a problem once the texture finishes drying. Victor was polite, efficient, and professional. He'd forgotten his drill but seemed very happy to borrow mine, letting him get the job done quickly. I'd definitely hire him again - it's so refreshing to get quick and competent service, a fair price, and a pleasant personality all bundled together. Great company - looking forward to hiring him again for something soon (hopefully not another kid-generated hole in the wall, though...)

Our house had not been painted in over twenty years. It required extensive prep work. The crew did a nice job scraping and priming the house and the finished project looks great.

The contractor arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled which was nice not having to wait around. He began working just after he arrived and as we talked about prior he scrapped all the old paint off and then applied a new coat. He did a great job and I would recommend to anyone needing any exterior painting. I was also impressed when the contractor began cleaning up the area after he was completed with the job thanks if you are reading this Villas Painting :)

I had seen Mr Villa's work before on a volunteer project.  I was not only impressed with the finished product but with the way he worked.  He was very detailed, and organized.  Just watching his crew, I learned more about painting in one day than I had ever known.  I have also seen some of his interior projects, very well done.  Good sense of color, excellent lines.  I liked that he knew what paint to put on what surface for a good finish with durability, both interior and exterior.  
So when it came time for the exterior painting of our home there was no doubt whom I would call.  
One of our main concerns was of course to keep the cost within reason, yet we wanted a quality job.  Mr Villa was professional and courteous, he walked us through the process and what steps were necessary and why.  He really worked with us to get the job we wanted, with a quality we hadn't known we needed.  The bid was prompt with no surprises.  
The work was impeccable.  Any minor issues he encountered were dealt with effortlessly.  He was great about communicating any ideas or suggestions. A real pleasure to work with, we felt very comfortable with him and his crew.  We could go and come knowing the job would be done and our home was being treated with care.  
We were pleased with the results: no 'corner cutting' to boost revenue; no garbage left behind in the yard; no surprise costs.  Just an excellent finish that makes you proud of your own home.  We were glad we followed his suggestions, we felt he kept our wants and concerns in mind, and delivered a professional job with excellent quality.

The experience was simply wonderful.
Mr Villa came one day from a friend's referral and walked throughout the house looking at all rooms and making notes on the number of holes and hand prints on the walls. After 7 years of living here we had plenty of holes of all sizes in the walls for frames and electronic equipment going through sheet rock walls. The wall corners on the house were round and they were kept with the same shape after patching.
I didn't have the original colors from the house manufacturers, so he went and took samples of the walls and worked with the paint supplier to get the match that the house had originally, because we wanted to leave the house with the original beige color it came with. 
At painting time, and even though the house was empty of furniture, he covered all carpets not only underneath the walls for paint dripping, but the areas where his crew would move in and out, like stairs and common areas. I haven't seen so much blue tape in a house, but it ensured the paint stayed in the intended areas.
Mr Villa estimated an amount in time and money and delivered right on target.
I was confident about the job he was about to do just because of the questions and observations he was making when walking through the house for the quote. His experience in the paint and patching business is visible from the first interview and that made me feel confident to hire him.
A year later we moved back to the house, and while the renters we had did a good job keeping the house clean, we were glad to find the areas that have little traffic looking as fresh and consistent as when he finished his work. No patching decayed and no wall had paint discoloration. It was as if he had just finished painting it.
I will hire him for sure the next time I need painting inside the house.
