I can't say enough about our whole experience with Value Max Construction. The quality of their work is exceptional. They did more than I had expected and paid attention to every detail. They were careful with areas surrounding the several projects that they completed for us. They painted 40 year old cabinets in two bathrooms, painted iron railings, painted five rooms, installed and painted baseboards and trim in several rooms. They were punctual, did not inconvenience us, and they work efficiently. We look forward to having them do more projects in the future.

I had a rental house that needed a vinyl floor replaced, these guys gave a reasonable bid, replaced the floor quickly and efficiently; and also did great work. I highly recommend them.

Value Max gave us a reasonable bid to replace the carpeting in our mother-in-law apartment with laminate flooring. After pulling up the carpet, a large crack in the concrete floor was discovered. Although Roman went to a lot of extra work filling and leveling the crack, he honored his original bid price. The flooring, baseboards, stairway, and fireplace hearth all look great!
