Upholstering
There was a bit of confusion at first, as they initially lost my original appointment information (including my phone number), but when I called them back, they apologized, rescheduled the appointment and everything went very smoothly after that.
They came, picked up the chair, fixed it, and returned it, all in the same day. Now the chair is just like new.
