US BANK

Description of Work: Refinance. I got a letter from my homeowner insurance company today (6/26/2012) saying that they have not received my renewal premium, which is held in escrow for me by U.S. Bank. I called U.S. Bank. They say we paid it on 5/30. I asked if the check was cashed. They said we don't know and we'll put a rush request on it here internally and we will get back to you in 3 days. Gee, thanks U. S. Bank. Why don't you just look it up on your system. My homeowner's insurance called them afterwards at my request to straighten it out. They told the insurance company that they would not talk to them and would only talk to me. So, now we are about an hour into the process. Then I call U. S. Bank again so that they can talk to me AGAIN. I go through all their miserable prompts and then the system tells me that they are unable to do anything on my loan at this time. Their system is just down or something. Who knows? The refinance was obtained in Woodinville, WA and that was not a smooth experience either. I'm pretty fed up with them, and it's not like I've never taken out a mortgage or refinanced before. All in all, U. S. Bank has been the worst experience I've encountered in my 35+ years of owning and refinancing homes.

Description of Work: APPLIED FOR A SECOND MORTGAGE OVER THE PHONE AND EVERYTHING WAS FEDERAL EXPRESSED TO ME FOR SIGNATURES.
