They were expensive. Their professionalism was okay.

They come on time, they convenient and professional.

I would not use them anymore and I will not renew the contract with them. With their pest control, they can spray around but they are not able to attend to any kind of issue like if I have a bees nest, they are not able to help with that because they are so new. That is not the problem, the problem is that last year when they were doing the application for the lawn, the lawn was terrible all year. Except for the grub control which was good because we didn't have grubs and we have applied that every year our lawn did not look nice and healthy. We decided not to renew their contract this year only for this reason. I was a little weary of the pest control because I know that if there was a bigger issue other than the perimeter spraying, they are not able to take care of it. I was doing something at home, and I looked outside, and the Scott truck was here, and he had just sprayed the grass, and I was not able to stop him, and he left. I called the company, and I asked why he was here because I had not renewed, and they said they had sent a renewal letter in the mail. I said I did not want it renewed and that is why I did not send it back, and they said that they renew everybody automatically. That was the first problem, and the second problem is that he was here this early spraying, and we had a hard wind storm, and there is a lot of debris, there are a lot of leaves, and branches, and if you are spraying, you are spraying on top of all that stuff. That is not going to get into the grass, the lawn needs to be cleaned. We got into a big argument, and they said they will send him to spray in two weeks. I told them I will pay him when he comes back and then they can cancel the contract. She said it would be $148 and I asked why it was so high, and she said he did the pest control as well. That is why my lawn didn't do so well last year, because they don't care. When he came to spray for the lawn last year, we had worked out it was going to be $48 for each time, and we had said that he would leave the bill, and the bill was $120 per time, and I asked them why it was 3 times and she said because he did 3 sprays in one.

Started off well, but over the summer we had weeds galore and we asked them for service. When they came when I was home, their visit was so fast I barely saw them in the yard. Almost like the tech was running through the yard just to leave for the next house - made me wonder if they treated the side yards at all. We had some type of spring dead spots all over the front and rear yards - and we were considering changing service when I came home to find Scotts had already treated the yard - I looked at the statement for treatment ($66) and there was no mention of the dead spots, just don't walk on it and the weather will improve - seems like a boiler plate statement if I ever heard one. Called the 800 line and spoke with a representative and was told annual renewal was automatic and you have to opt out - clearly looking to keep people too lazy to cancel, cancelled our account and said tech should be ashamed of having the Scott's truck parked in front of our house. Tried to ask the Scotts rep a question, but she had already hung up on me.

no problems.  have used them for years.  They come 5 times a year on schedule and do a great job.
No complaints at all.  Good work.  Yes, I could save perhaps $10 per application by doing it myself.  But I don't have to mess with it, or even remember that it is time to put down the pre-emergent, or whatever season.  They have it covered.

They set when they're coming out. Usually when they tell me they're going to come out, they come out. I use them now by default. They missed a lot of stuff. It depends upon the technician.

The minimum amount of work is done. We were having problems with the lawn and needed them to give observations and apply a pest control product. They were not responsive at all, and when we called the manager to complain, he said it wasn't his fault because he wasn't there when it happened. That is not how you run a service business. We cancelled our service with them immediately.

They came out several times depending on the season.  Our experience has been ok.

We used them three or four times over the summer. They adjusted the cost after we had a pool put in. They come when they say they will and call ahead of time. They have been good to work with.

I have been using them for three years now. I pay by the year. They come out every six weeks. My lawn looks very green. They are very willing to come out for free to re-spray if they miss a weed. I have been happy with them. They come on the day that they say they will.

They’re really reliable and do applications for lawn maintenance throughout the season. They’re very conscientious about their work and will let me know about potential problems.

Arranged fertilizing, weed and mosquito control services on June 18th.
Company was prompt and applied mosquito control within two days.
However, have yet to receive fertilization and weed control after 5 weeks of waiting.
Second application of monthly mosquito control is now 4 days overdue.
Also, very unusual, all phone calls go through central call center, so it's nearly impossible to contact the local service provider direct. I would expect, after registering a complaint, the local provider would take some initiative and phone me to discuss my dissatisfaction.
I rate them as unreliable given this experience to date.

They seem to be treating the lawn regularly but I don't see any improvements.
When I called them, I was told that they can come back for free to re-treat which is nice.  I am looking for someone who I give the responsibility and they take care of it without me worrying about it.
Lot of weeds and some grass burnt as well.. going to call them to meet in person I guess.
