I wanted a large fir tree cut down and then the stump grinded. They showed up on time and the tree was cut down efficiently and with no issues. Once they started grinding the stump, debris was flying everywhere and I had to put up a large piece of plywood to protect my kitchen window. The workers didn't seem to care. I had to leave for an appointment when they were nearly finished and informed them and wrote a check for the service. Big mistake on my part - should have made them wait or come back once I returned. They apparently immediately packed up and left for there was a large root sticking up out of the ground and they did not clean up or fill the hole with the displaced dirt and sawdust. I called to complain and when my call was returned was told someone would be there the end of day Monday. Got an email to state that someone would be there by 9 am Tuesday. I had to leave at 9 am for an appointment. When I returned someone had shown up and cut the root and left everything else the same. My recommendation is if you just want a tree cut they are fine but as far as stump grinding, find someone else.

I am so glad I hired them to take down my two trees. They showed up on time and prepared. I had a 210 foot tree in the backyard and an 100 foot tree in the front yard. It took a couple of sections for each tree. But they dropped each section in the same spot each time for both trees. Grinded both stumps and they cleaned up after they where done. My neighbors where so impressed that they had work done too.
