I have dealt with them for 10 years and I buy my cars from them.

The cost was very reasonable. I don't the amount but it was around $100. I had new wiper blades put on and the 25000 mile service. I had quite a bit of stuff done but it was very reasonable.

Everything was excellent. They are one of the best service departments I have ever worked with. The workers are very good people. They are positive and they do a great job.

It was all very good. The communication, the promptness and how they greeted me, the follow through and the work stands out. I would use them again in the future.

I like their professionalism and they are punctual; the car is always ready on time. The one thing they try to do is to sell me services that I don't need.

No one in their right mind would pay over $9,200 to exchange two vehicles of the same value but that is what Toyota of Puyallup is forcing me to do. I traded my 2013 underpowered 4 cylinder Tacoma pickup for a 2012 OK 6 cylinder Tacoma pick-up, same make and model and mileage for $2,000 plus tax and service contracts for a total of about $3,500 or so I thought. When I got my first payment notice it was for over $9,200 and not the $3,500 I had agreed to. I went back to the dealership and they just laughed in my face so much to say and quot;Gotchaand quot; They had gotten my signature on an unintended document, so tough! I went to the Attorney General and BBB with no results. I wrote the President and CEO of Toyota with the response and quot;Dealership relations with customers are not a Corporate concern but only the vehicles and their partsand quot;.
I feel Toyota of Puyallup is cheating me out of over $5,000. The salesman and I had agreed and shook hands on $3,500 when he turned me over to the sales manager to sign the paperwork. The sales manager marked up the 2012 Tacoma pickup to $30,295 which was $3-4,000 more than what was originally paid for the pickup over 2 years ago. They then low balled my 2013 pickup to $22,000 with over stated taxes etc. I hope this information causes them to lose sales for more than the $5,000 they are taking from me. Let them know they've lost your business. Please share with your friends, neighbors and relatives far and wide. Thank you.

The service from the staff is very good. They are very professional.

We've used them for repairs, oil changes, anything that needs repaired we take our car there. They are very prompt. They are very quick to understand what is going on with my vehicle when I take it in. I'm never running late, they are always on time. They are very friendly and it is just a good place to go.

I've used them for about the last 20 years. I like their performance. A lot of my cars don't have a warrantee, so I don't have a warrantee issue.

They are very honest. There service is excellent.

I bought my car from them. They are fast, friendly and pretty affordable. It is a large shop so I do not have any problem getting an appointment with them. They seem to be a little discombobulated in terms of what service needs to be done and their computer system is slow and old but the work that they do is good and their people are very nice. I purchased an extended car package from them and the services are included in that. I would continue to use them as long as the services are still free.

We bought our car at this location over 5 years ago and have had it serviced there every since. Great service always! Complimentary car wash and no high pressure to get more work done. They do provide suggestions and reminders for servicing, but calmly, respectfully with no pressure.

They tell you what's wrong. They get the service done. They do it fast. They are open on Saturday which is a big plus for me.
