She is great an actually with John L Scott real estate company. My daughter bought her house through this real estate agent and I'm using her to search me a place and she has been really good. The most of all she had to work hard for me because of too many short sales. I have been dealing with her since June of last year. This is our fourth house and this one is not a short sale, and it looks like we are going to get it. We don't have to go with the bank. When you deal with the person who owns the house before it goes into short sale or foreclosure things are better off. She is been good, and she's helped us a lot, as we were looking for a cheap home. If she is not available, her expertise are there to help us out. She is even willing to go out of way and help her clients in buying the house, and she is great. She does regular homes but we were looking for manufacture homes so she was helping us with it. She is ready to go extra mile to learn whatever trick of the trade it takes to get the lenders, and find out all the particulars because the manufacture homes have defects on the roof. We have been approved by three different lenders. It gets to knowing that when you have been approved by these lenders to go buy a place because each manufacture homes have different set of rules that falls under different set of guide lines for the particular lender. We have finally got one were the lender will loan on the particular house, which we have decide to buy. We even had matches before with us and with house, it's been a problem with the short sale people and they are holding on to something which is taking a lot of time. She has actually gone out of the way and worked for us. She is not going to make a huge commission but she's worked pretty hard on this. We have been on the phone pretty much every day, like last three days to close the deal. She is on top of things as for the quality and if i can?t reach by phone, I can reach her through e-mail. She always responds and sometime I get more than one respond from her. She is really busy sometimes but we work around it because its not her fault. She's got to pick between where she got to be and she has her education classes for real estate and short sale. I will use her again and will recommend her to my family. She does her job well because I'm very choosy about buying of the house.
