He fixed two of the Toilets but the third toilet was still leaking. I called Sternod and told him that and he said parts may take time to come in. After weeks I called him again over and over but he did not return my calls. I finally called another plumber and as we looked at the toilet, we discovered a long Crack on the tank which would account for all the water on the floor.

Excellent work. Quick efficient. Of the six other repairmen in the last month on our home remodel, he was the only man that cleaned up his own mess and hauled away his trash. He did not cut corners the way most of the others did. He saved us three hyndred dollars by recycling some equipment. Great job.

We noticed the problem late on Sunday night, and called first thing on Monday. Danny was there by noon, looked over the problem, dug a test hole and gave us a bid. We've used Danny in the past and I trust his bids, so I just had him schedule us in as soon as possible. On Wednesday morning, he was out and discovered that the problem was bigger than originally known - the house's foundation had setteled and shattered the concrete pipe. Given that the house is over 120 years old, this was not too unexpected. It did, however, increase the scope of the work. I was worried that the price jump would be significant, but Danny explained that it just meant that he'd have to dig a slightly larger hole, and run another section of pipe, which amounted to only an additional $200 over the original bid. The work was done on time and we have some additional remediation to do in the back yard - the brick doesn't clean itself, I'm afraid, but I now have a working toilet again.

Danny did an excellent job from start to finish. I really appreciated that he was direct and upfront about what work he could do - but made much more financial sense for us to do instead. Because of some unexpected delays, the work stretched into the Memorial Day weekend, and there he was on Saturday morning, making sure the job finished on time.

He did an excellent job. He made this job a priority and definitely went above and beyond. He completed it a lot faster than my expectations. I would definitely trust him in the future for any plumbing needs I may have.

We were really impressed with him on the sewer line, because it was an emergency, and other plumbers couldn't do anything about it. He was able to get it running at a very low price.

He is just excellent. They are professional and very pleasant and always arrive on time. His prices are reasonable and he is very trustworthy individual. He always does a good job and I would recommend this company to others.
