Description of Work: Diagnosed an electrical problem. They had to find a bad wire. Almost all the cost was in finding the bad wire and replacing it. The parts were only a few dollars. They found the problem and fixed it, so that was good. I just thought it cost too much.

+ -1 moreBrought my car in at 9am after setting up appointment. The radiator and hose were replaced, but they weren't ready until after 3pm. They didn't clean up splashed anti-freeze around the fan shroud and front grille, but there were no leaks.
Description of Work: Replaced cracked radiator and lower radiator hose. Refilled with Honda Anti-Freeze Mix that I provided.

Description of Work: The engine in my daughters car was destroyed because an auto parts store sold her the wrong oil filter for her car. As a result the oil drained out and the engine needed to be replace. Sterling did the repairs and needed follow=ups to resolve her check engine lights. All worked out well and the car now runs well. Sterling was very helpful and professional in resolving all the problems caused by the wrong oil filter. The auto parts store paid half the cost of correcting the problems.
