They have always been honest, up front, and their prices have always been fair. When you take your car in to get something done, the normally get it done on time. They have always been accurate about their estimate and the amount of time to do the work.

Brought my car in at 9am after setting up appointment. The radiator and hose were replaced, but they weren't ready until after 3pm. They didn't clean up splashed anti-freeze around the fan shroud and front grille, but there were no leaks.
