It was great.  They estimated it would be an hour and it took less than that.  They were polite and easy to get a hold of.  It was a good price.  We had no problems.

They were prompt, professional and courteous. It was wonderfully convenient for me because they came to my house. The cost seemed average, but my insurance paid for it so it was not of great concern to me. The did the deed and called it finished. I was disappointed in the quality of the repair as I expected the chip to be, at the least, blurred out. However, the entire chip is still visible and I can't tell that anything was done for it. They told me that it was sealed and should prevent further damage but that the chip is still visible usually. I was disappointed as I still have this chip in my field of vision. Because of the other qualities they exhibited, I'd call them for other jobs, but I'd check out another chip repair shop first if I ever have to do it again.

When a rock chip hit our windshield, the crack immediately spread and it was obvious that the windshield would have to be replaced. Our deductible was too high for insurance to be of any help. I called two companies for an estimate. Speedy Auto Glass was the lower price by far. I made an appointment for the technician to come to the RV park where we were staying. I could have arranged to take the car into one of the Speedy Auto Glass shops, but there was no extra charge for them to come to us. Brandon, the technician, was late arriving, but he called to say he was running late, so that was not a problem. The job took only about 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, very professional, had all the necessary tools, and did an excellent job replacing the windshield. We were very pleased with the service and with the price.

I CALLED THEM HOMIES FROM SPEEDY AND DROVE MY TRUCK UP TO THE SHOP IN PUYALLUP. THEY REPLACED THE WINDOW AND I WENT HOME. ALTHOUGH THEY WERE SPEEDY, THE WINDOW IS A PAIN IN THE YOU KNOW WHAT TO ROLL UP.
