Scott was an amazing inspector. He was prompt, thorough, and explained everything he was doing. His work is top notch, efficient, and his customer service is wonderful. I was very scared going into the process of finding a house inspector on my own, but Scott made it easy. Scott was on time. His report was detailed and he brought items to my attention that I didn't even think of. He provded both a hard copy and electronic copy along with photos and a great summary. He did a great job.

Fast, efficient, thorough and price was right. The inspector needed a particular tool bit to unscrew an electrical box to inspect the wiring. He offered and followed through with going to a hardware store for the appropriate bit, returning to the inspection property and finalizing the inspection. Upon completion I was given an inspection report, with a follow-up summary delivered by email. I would highly recommend Scott Davis as a home inspector.
