He is punctual, responsive and friendly. He is very personable we are really happy with Scott. He did the work quickly. One thing that really like with him compared to all these other companies is that before other companies would show up foe like an hour and leave for another job. Scott told me he did not operate like that. He would work all day and he kept all his promises.

This project was a fantastic experience.  We loved having these guys at our house everyday!  The crew was polite and very accommodating.  No matter how big or small, any concerns or questions I had were taken care of immediately.  I was onsite most of the time, so was able to troubleshoot as situations came up.  They started on time and worked hard to get the project done as soon as possible, as our family was living in very tight corners. I really appreciated the personal attention I received from owner, Scott Nutter.  He really puts himself into each project and makes sure his clients are happy with the end result. If there was anything I was not happy with, he made sure it was done right.  I couldn't have been any happier with the end result.  If I had the money, he would be remodeling my two bathrooms next or even putting an addition on to the house.  I call him my personal contractor!! He has since come over and taken care of other small things for me. Great company, you will not be disappointed!!

JUST SAY NO!  What started as a GRAND adventure turned into a terrible nightmare and the worst experience ever.  As the project progressed they were most understanding and accommodating.  When they completed the job I provided them with some pick-ups (unfinished door, floor where they put the threshold, hole in the hallway wall, spots in the paint that you could see through to the dry wall spackle, paint on the kitchen cabinet, etc).  Unfortunately, after completing the pick-ups they in turn generated more and it looked worse than before (toe kick chipped, door scratched, paint job was even worse than before, crackedlight switch, paint on counter, the list goes on).  I requested a face to face which the contractor agreed to.  When the contractor saw the bathroom his comment was "I wish we could rip this out and start over" so, you know it was BAD.   Since this was not an option, the contractor agreed to right the problem.  However after finishing, although not to my standards, my new counter and tub were scratched.  I am talking scratches I could put my fingernail into, not surface scratches.  I generated a new pickup list and called.  Their response was they felt that the job was above average and they should not have to come back.  Finally after much back and forth they scheduled a return trip.  Although they believed they did not scratch the counter or the tub (not sure who else could have as no one was living there) they agreed to repair the tub and counter.  Unfortunately, the counter scratches did not come out with a buff and I had to argue with the contractor to correct the problem.  After much battling, this was addressed as well.  The contractor agreed to pay for the counter company to come out and fill the cracks and rebuff.  Although still not to my standards the contractor then refused to pay and I had to battle that one as well.  The contractor sent me e-mail quoting the state code for work accomplished.  In the end we came to an agreement.  However, it just sickens me every time I go in.
