Very high marks for Rubicon Roofing! They just completed a roofing project for two small rental properties I own and the owner, Dennis Soloman, was super helpful and accommodating. The quality of the work was great--and the price was competitive. But it was Dennis' communication with me and my tenants as well as his willingness to work with a small-business owner who doesn't live locally that really made this a good experience overall (and it had the potential to be a terrible experience for me and my tenants). Anyway, kudos to Rubicon and Dennis!
