I paid a deposit on January 8th 2018 and signed a contract that the work was to start on the 23rd and to be completed on the 28th and during this time I would need to be out of the house so they could put the finish on. The employee Scott did not show up until the 26th worked a couple of hours, said he would be back over the weekend. I did as asked and left for the weekend and boarded my pets only to come home to nothing more being done that what was done on Friday. Scott said he would be there Monday the 29th at 12pm, he showed up at 5pm and left at 6pm, still nothing done. In the meantime I'm trying to call the owner Rhona to find out what is going on and she will not return my phone calls. It is now the 30th and my house key was taken by Scotty and my floors are not finished. I have reported them to Washington State Labor & Industries, which is when I found out they are not licensed and bonded. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, they are a total scam, will take your money and run.

contract: start date, end by date not met. Subj lied repeatedly to try and blame us for the delay.told us  the floors  were to moist to install and claimed the readings on her moisture meter were very high. II used the same type moisture reader and measured he moistures minutes after she did and found they were not over the number she claimed.

According to ne of her crew who was over heard arguing with her on the phone while he was in his truck, he said she had run out of delaying excuses, if he stopped now the floors would need to be redone, an he was short over 100 feet of flooring. anyway, and she had lie about needing it to acclimate for so long, how was she to explain that to the client?

So when I asked her about the shortage, she said all the flooring was in her house, ad no problem. She also was paid cash for the last hal of the project and she failed provide a finished receipt.

Now the floors were pretty good, except for a few spots that were not stained at all. I called her and shemade appintments 3 times and did nto show at all t come cover these spots. it cost me .

In my opinion, this company lacks professionalism and expertise at planning a job, and is srely lcking n customer service skills.

It also cost me again to get the spots repaired.

I wasn't involved in the installation process, but had tried to get the company to adjust the problems that I had, but I do not think there was much they could/wanted do at that point. I believe they tried to correct the finish issues, but the sand problems still exist.  The main problem I have with this company is that I have 2 or 3 boards that were installed that have since chipped.  This occurred roughly 2 years ago and I have attempted to get the company down here to correct the problems.  I've been told every excuse in the book as to why they cannot come down here .  Examples include: The wood (Brazilian Tiger Wood) is not being produced and there is no product, they have a job coming up and they have some extra pieces that they can use, but it'll be two weeks before they can come down here, that we have the wood finally and I will contact you when I get back to the office. I have heard all of these  excuses multiple times during various conversations I've had with the company. This has been an ongoing problem since at least 12/11/11. I have made every possible phone call imaginable to get the boards replaced, but unfortunately any attempts made on my behalf have failed.
