We thought we had to replace our skylights, but this contractor suggested he could repair them, which he did, which saved us a lot of money. We are very happy with the quality of the work.

Loris is very easy to work with - his estimates are fair, he shows up on time, finishes his projects on time, cleans up, calls with any changes before he does them, and promptly addresses any issues. We used Projects Unlimited Inc for a remodel of our laundry room that turned out beautifully. Loris made suggestions that brought our remodel WAY under budget. He added a light over our shower and a heating vent in our tiny, unheated bathroom. He also insulated under our bathtub and shower drains and insulated above the bathroom. You would never know the additions weren't original to the house and now our bathroom is warm and bright!

Let us know ahead of time the potential obstacles they might run into with the reframing. Totally cleaned and secured the job at the end of each day. Provided for extra requests we had at the end of the job. Would definitely hire them again.

recieved a price quote right away, and we talked about ideas when the company came out...did not get any drawings though...we thought the quote to be on the high side so we are looking to downsize the total

I was satisfied with the work that was done I would hire Projects Unlimited again. There were minor problems at first, when using my garage they didn't put anything back that they pulled out, sawdust was everywhere because there were times when his co-workers didn't show he was by himself.
