+ -1 moreMR. PHIPPS WAS CONSCIENTIOUS WITH REGARD TO HIS JOB SITE. THERE WAS NO METAL PIECES LEFT LAYING AROUND AT ANY TIME. HE WAS QUICK TO PERFORM HIS WORK AND LEFT THE JOB SITE CLEAN.
Description of Work: REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION OF GUTTER SYSTEM, INCLUDING DOWNSPOUTS, DRAINS BOARDS.
