+ -1 moreGabe designed our house to be built, adapting many of our ideas and providing many better ideas. Some of this was done with meetings and some through e-mails. This was completed through to the structural engineering phase although he also had many suggestions for the engineer as this isn't a "cookie cutter" house. He has been a builder as well as working for the structural engineer and brings that experience to the design phase. The planning department at the city has said the plans are very complete. We do not yet have our permit as the plans were just submitted last week. The design phase took about three months.
