I was not completely satisfied with the results and so I just had another provider do my carpets and they did a wonderful job. It wasn't really expensive but I wasn't happy with the results. There were still some stains on the carpet and the carpet didn't look bright and clean. The quality of the work was good.

They did a great job, they were professional and on time but they never got the carpet clean. I have a white carpet and it has been a problem for every carpet cleaner. They worked really hard but it did not look clean. No one else would have done it either. Their price was reasonable.

Everything went fine until I realized that there was still a dirt mark from my dog on each sectional. I was kind of disappointed with that. I'm hoping they will be willing to come out and retreat it.

They were really good. They were excellent and I will call them again. They went over and above. They gave me a quote and I had a discounted online coupon. They did some extra spot cleaning at no extra charge. There was a lot of soil because I had an old dog that had a lot of accidents. They did a phenomenal job. It was easily worth $180. I will absolutely use them again.

I have a small dog in my bonus room. I just bought a used couch and have an old couch that needed cleaning. I decided that since I exercise in the bonus room and the dog likes to be in there, and since I was going to have the used couch cleaned anyway, I'd have the carpet cleaned. Everything went well.

I called the company and the phone was answered promptly and professionally.  Service was quickly scheduled, and the person showed up at the scheduled time.  He was a very pleasant young man who went right to work cleaning the 3 area rugs.  Halfway through the cleaning, I realized that two of our upholstered chairs could also use cleaning, and asked him if it was possible to include them.  He was scheduled for another customer right after our cleaning, but he called the office to see if there were any openings after that.  He was able to return in about 2 hours and clean our two chairs that same day.  It was a totally positive experience, and we will certainly use their services again!

They came in and did OK, they were the cheapest but not  the best, Had another company come in a few months later that did a much better job. probably ok if it was just a routine cleaning. we had stains and a dog smell that was still there when they were finished. The second company got rid of both of those but  cost us $50.00 more, but the 2ed company (Harbor) spent over twice as long cleaning the carpets.

Ryan took his time and listened to me as I told him the trouble spots and made sure that these spots were clean. He was thorough throughout, suggesting the deoderizing spray for the areas in which the dogs sometimes had accidents.
