It was great. The report came very quickly, and it was extremely well-organized and detailed with plenty of helpful links inside.

Jesse has been by far the best part of buying this house so far. He was the first person to finally show up at the scheduled time (he was actually early). Very detailed in what he does, went thru the whole house and explained everything. Explained everything we needed to do to maintain the house over the next 15 years. Found things that the builder need to go back and fix. Answered all of our questions, a lot of knowledge on how things should be done. He actually corrected some concerns I had on the spot. So, if you need a home inspection done. Don't look any longer, just call Jesse and you won't be disappointed.

We are coming up on our one year warranty inspection of our newly built home in the Tehaleh development located in Bonney Lake. I found Jesse on Angie's List and decided that his use of a drone to look at roof issues plus vents, etc. and a heat sensing device would be good to cover all that may have gone wrong or missing in our new structure. These tests set him apart from other inspectors, but do require a higher price for his services. He was always quick to connect with email--and our report was sent out the evening of our appointment. We appreciated his detailed inspection and we are now able to use it to support addressing the issues that he found with our builder.

Jesse was not only professional but thorough, timely, and friendly. He began with a quick response to our internet inquiry, confirmed the appointment, and then sent the home inspection report timely. Jesse really took his time reviewing every part of our home and even used a drone to check over the roof and gutters. His report was extensive and had photos to align with each issue that he uncovered during the inspection. I personally appreciated the web links to both the report and photos which made it very easy to share for warranty concerns. Jesse was amazing!!! walked me through everything he was looking for and how to tell if there is damage to the home. Gave helpful hints to improve energy and prevent water burst in the future. All around great and honest inspector even had a wonderful personality.

Jesse was very thorough and professional. He was knowledgeable and detailed. I liked the added personal touch of him showing how to care for different features of my home and pointing out any safety concerns i should be aware of, right down to testing the fire and CO alarms, and making sure i knew there were 2 different alarm sounds and which belonged to CO and which was the fire alarm. He took alot of photos and documentation which was very helpful in having my builder address and repair items that should be covered under their warranty. I highly recommend this company.

The home inspection went very well. It lasted about 2 hours he went over the entire house answering any questions I had and also enlightening me on any concerns or future concerns I may want to look out for. He took pictures of everything, and gave detailed explanations on what needed to be fixed before purchasing the house. Overall it was a great experience and helped me a lot with just knowing what I have to keep an eye on and maintain over the years if I did purchase the home. He is a very knowledgable home inspector.

He has a devise that showed me where moisture was forming under my roofing- no one else had this devise.
