They took a sample of the color we were looking for and a piece of carpet and provided us a test sample dyeing the carpet to our color. It looked good. We had another service provider give us a color sample which we needed to hide under the couch. We had a full day of neutralizing the bleach and spraying on the dye. Cleanup was intense and nerve racking worrying about the overspray onto the couches and woodwork but it wiped up well. They came back a second time to finish up and provide spot dyeing to even up the color. Overall they did a great job, color matched very well, and the price was so reasonable we paid them extra.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK AND THE CARPETS WERE CLEANED VERY WELL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING.
