I've had New Dimension maintaining my yard for the past 5 years, but I have recently cancelled their service. When I found myself taking on more and more of the yard work on my own I realized that they are just not worth the cost. They are professional and courteous but VERY expensive. In general, they do decent work however you MUST stay on top of them to get things done. They are good at mowing and yard clean-up. They are good at trimming and pruning but again, you really have to stay on them to get things done. They are NOT good at maintaining a healthy green lawn. I don't think they know how. They will literally let your lawn die and turn to mud (see pictures) and be happy with that until you bring it up and say something. Another time when I was having a problem with the lawn being constantly squishy wet (even in summer) they're only solution was to rip it up and start all over for the quoted price of $27,500 with no guarantee it would solve the problem. While I agree it is a large lawn (5,200 sq ft), I could buy a car for that money and it will come with a warranty. Not only are they expensive (my contract was at $527.96 per month) I recently learned that my contract does not include maintaining my hedges to keep them from overgrowing onto the neighbors property. I received an extra bill of $390.00 for that 'extra' bit of work. Their irrigation division is hit and miss and expensive as well. A recent example is when they came out to relocate a sprinkler head (thinking incorrectly that the lawn issue I was having was a lack of water) they left without even letting me know they were done, and the sprinkler head was not working so I had to call them back out. Again, you really have to stay on top of anything these guys do. So bottom line, would I recommend them? Probably not because I wouldn't want a friend mad at me later on. << Attached are pictures showing the mud event where although the mowing continued, nothing was being done as my lawn was disappearing until I finally called to get someone from the office out to look at it. Also a couple of pictures showing the current state of an area of lawn that is dying. New Dimension relocated a sprinkler head (at my expense) to fix the problem but this picture was taken 6 weeks after that and the brown is spreading. >>

I am a very type A individual who expects a company to work hard to earn my business and complete a job at the highest level of quality workmanship. New Dimension is such a company. I have had the pleasure of having them service my landscaping needs for two years now and have no plans to use any other company any time soon. Tabitha is amazing to work with, as well as several members of her team that I have interacted with over the years. I have no idea why anyone would not give this company an "A" rating...maybe because they have yet to experience the sub-par workmanship of the competition. I respect a company like New Dimension that is punctual, honest, professional, does what they say they are going to do when they are going to do it, produces quality work, and never acts as though my business is an entitlement. Unfortunately in the society in which we live today, this is a rare find. Thus, I am very grateful to have found this company that I can rely on to continue to meet and exceed my expectations for my landscaping needs for many years to come. Thank you Tabitha and the entire New Dimension team for always going the extra mile for me, you're the best!
