Mark did three things, all good. 1) He showed up when he said he would to look at the job. 2) He provided a written quote by email when he said he would. 3) Then, he showed up and performed the job professionally and promptly right when he said he would. He did everything necessary to mask off and protect the existing carpet and furnishings in the furnished room where the work took place. In fact, he spent more time setting up and tearing down the protection than it took to spray and knockdown the texture. The texture came out well but perhaps more importantly was how clean he kept the surrounding environment. He is a class act and a true professional.
