I had contacted several survey companies to get bids for the work I needed. Doug at LeRoy called me the next morning to ask some follow up questions. He provided me a big to complete the survey the next day and said they could be completed with the project within two weeks. I waited two days to get some other bids, but no one responded. I gave LeRoy the go ahead, they came out the next Friday, and I had completed plans Tuesday. Doug spent the time to explain what all the items on the survey meant. I will need this information for my remodel and addition. I now have my plans and still have not received a bid from the othe 5+ surveyors I contacted! Glad I didn't wait any longer.
