Oil change - seems to have been performed
Tire Rotation - not performed in the order as specified in the Ford owner's manual, resulting in the tires essentially being un-rotated from their last rotation. Had to perform the rotation properly myself when I got home. (Tires were marked beforehand so I'd know if they did it right).
Clean exterior - exterior was hosed off
Vacuum interior - paid for but not performed
In addition to this, I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance using their online tool and received a confirmation number. When I showed up, they had no record of my reservation or confirmation number and had to and quot;squeeze me in.and quot;
The price for the services performed was ok (provided my own oil) had the services actually been performed or performed properly. In the end, I paid the $50 to hose off my car and change the oil, with the only part provided being the filter. If I need service/warranty work done at a Ford dealership, I will not be returning to this one
